Like most people with eczema, I’ve had it most of my life. Starting at the age of 5, I developed on-going blotchy rashes on my skin that itched like crazy. The scratching and itchy were there pretty much all the time, with occasional flare ups that made it even worse.

That is, until a years ago…

My father had suddenly developed dangerously high blood pressure which eventually lead to a stroke.

If there’s no external cause - where does it come from? How about an internal cause?

Chronic Inflammation occurs when your immune system senses a threat and mobilizes itself to attack the problem yet it gets confused and ends up attacking healthy cells. 

One way this shows up is in the red, blotchy, and itchy skin rashes known as eczema.
