Like most people with eczema, I’ve had it most of my life. Starting at the age of 5, I developed on-going blotchy rashes on my skin that itched like crazy. The scratching and itchy were there pretty much all the time, with occasional flare ups that made it even worse.

As a kid, I’d go to sleep with gloves on in the hopes that they would stop me from scratching during the night. Unfortunately, I’d wake up in the morning with holes in my gloves and blood on my fingers from all the incessant scratching I had done throughout the night.

When I entered college and starting taking exams for my undergraduate and master's degrees, the eczema flare ups were even worse. The intense stress of passing exams triggered these flare ups.

I don’t want to insult you by saying eczema is stress related, since everyone with eczema already knows this - it’s just that at the time I didn’t know how to handle the stress part of it.

I tried to fix the problem. I went to my medical doctor and he prescribed various steroid creams and moisturizers which I started using immediately. While these creams made my itching go away and seemed to help, over time I realized these creams were actually harming my skin.

After years of using them, I noticed they had permanently destroyed the pigment in the skin on my right arm.

Eventually...I gave up.

I just resigned myself to always having eczema.

There was a time in college when a friend and I were in class together being idiots when he shouted my name.

I looked over my shoulder to face him as he scrunched up his face and pretended to scratch his arm furiously...he completely mocked me and my incessant scratching.

Everyone else noticed what he did and it startled me - I couldn't get over the audacity that he had to actually do that...everyone started laughing, yet inside it deeply affected me.

I felt so ashamed and embarrassed, not only about having this skin condition, but about the fact that I was unconsciously doing it and everyone knew about it except me!

There was another time where my girlfriend at the time turned to me and said, “you’re lucky that I love you with the skin condition you have.” Her words cut me to the core...now this damn eczema was actually interfering with my love life.

My friend at work even joked when he said that everyone has a blessing and curse and that while my blessing was “having large muscles” my curse was “Eczema.”

I just accepted that this was “my thing” and I’d have it the rest of my life so I might as well get used to it. Eczema had become a part of me.

That is, until a years ago…

My father had suddenly developed dangerously high blood pressure which eventually lead to a stroke.

By this time, I’d developed a passion for nutrition and fitness so I became obsessed with helping him find a solution to his underlying health condition. I wanted to make sure this would NEVER happen to him again.

Through all my research and life experience, I became convinced that my father never had to have this stroke. Plus, I became convinced that his doctor had not given him the right treatment - he just prescribed drugs that masked the symptoms and never fixed the root cause.

What’s the connection with Eczema?

It turns out that my father’s real health condition was “Chronic Inflammation” - the very same condition behind Eczema.

Little did I know it at the time, but this research was actually the foundation for clearing my eczema for good.

As I learned more about reversing inflammation, I began to eat differently, exercise differently, and think differently. Soon afterwards, My eczema started to get better.

In fact, after a while it seemed to disappear altogether. Before this time, I had eczema basically all the time, with occasional breakouts where it would become extremely bad.

Now, most of the time I have no eczema. My skin is smooth, clear, and healthy. The only time I experienced anything is after a particularly intense workout where I itch a little bit.

Otherwise, I had conquered eczema without even realizing it.

As I looked around and noticed many people I had known for years still struggled with Eczema, I knew I had to get this information out there.

Seeing doctors prescribing harmful steroid creams and not addressing the root cause frustrated me so much that I set about creating a system where anyone, man or woman, could follow these steps and clear eczema in weeks or months rather than having it for the rest of their life.

I took everything I learned and put it into a simple, easy to follow system that incorporates the 3 areas needed to fully overcome eczema for good: Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Psychology.

While you can have success with one or two of these areas, if you want to make the change permanent, you need to have all three.

I know what you’re thinking...”I’m different...my case is worse....I’ve tried this already and it didn’t work...I’ve tried everything!!"

Listen, there’s a reason you haven’t been able to cure your eczema…

There’s something your doctor never explained to you and that’s the where eczema really comes from. To fully understand this, let’s look at the definition of eczema from the dictionary:

“A medical condition in which patches of skin become rough and inflamed, with blisters that cause itching and bleeding, sometimes resulting from a reaction to irritation but more typically having no obvious external cause."

If there’s no external cause - where does it come from? How about an internal cause?

This means something is happening inside our body that causes our skin to be irritated, red, and itchy - and this internal condition is called Chronic Inflammation.

Chronic Inflammation occurs when your immune system senses a threat and mobilizes itself to attack the problem yet it gets confused and ends up attacking healthy cells.

One way this shows up is in the red, blotchy, and itchy skin rashes known as eczema.

You can use the most powerful steroid cream or the most organic and healthy moisturizer on your skin, and while it may help a little, if you don’t address this root of the problem - the inflammation - you’ll always be on the brink of another outbreak.

Any little thing could set you off - eating the wrong food, feeling pressured at work, walking into a dusty building...

All it takes is one of these events and suddenly we find ourselves scratching that itch.

We may think it’s allergies or environmentally sensitivities yet really it’s just that our body is too overloaded.

How do we stop it? By stopping the inflammation of course.

The first step is to avoid foods that trigger inflammation - in particular wheat, especially gluten, since it’s so inflammatory.

Try this for the next 7 days, commit to not eating any wheat, no bread, no pasta, no pizza, no cookies or bagels....when you eat out at a restaurant get the meal protein style if possible or just move the bread to the side of the plate.

If you want to take it a step further, eliminate dairy for the next 7 days as well. Milk, in particular, is very inflammatory and should be avoided.

Instead of wheat of dairy, each lots of organic veggies, quality meats, and healthy fats. For example, instead of cereal and milk for breakfast (both inflammatory), have an omelette with avocado.

I know what you’re saying “I can’t give up wheat, it’s in everything I eat!”

I’m not saying you need to cut it out forever, I’m just saying to cut it out for 7 days so you can get your inflammation down and see an improvement.

...then later, you can reintroduce foods with wheat later to see how much your body can handle.

Plus, when you take all the other steps I’m going to show you in this program, you won’t need to be as strict with your food.

While avoiding wheat and dairy will help tremendously in reducing eczema, it’s still just one piece of the puzzle. If you want results that will last long term, you’ll want to check out my Clear Skin In 7 plan.

You’ll get a video a day for the next 7 days, each containing one powerful method to reduce the inflammation behind eczema.

By following these 7 simple steps, you’ll have a plan to drastically reduce, if not eliminate, eczema, from the inside out. When you fight eczema with these 7 methods, you’ll have the best chance of rapidly soothing the flare ups.

Instead of just putting cream on your skin to mask the eczema until the next outbreak, you’ll be clearing it for good.

So who am I to tell you about clearing eczema and reducing inflammation?

As I mentioned earlier, I’m a certified fitness nutrition specialist and Author of the books Mojo Multiplier and The Vitality Secret.

I also have regular coaching clients where I help optimize their lifestyle and nutrition for improved energy, clearer skin, and lower body fat.

I’ve created this program specifically around eczema because I struggled with it for years and want to pass this knowledge on to those who still have it, so they can rapidly clear their skin without harmful steroid creams or expensive moisturizing creams.

Time and time again I hear about well-meaning doctors prescribing drugs with harmful side effects for conditions that can be healed completely through natural means.

It’s my personal mission to educate people about the true power they hold over their own health and well-being through this knowledge and understanding.

I want you to be free from always having to apply a steroid based cream to your skin just to stop the itching.

I want you to be free of the anxiety that comes with never knowing when your next outbreak will happen.

I want you to be free from worrying what your friends or loved ones will think when they see you.

I want you to be free to just be yourself without the self conscious or obsessive thoughts about your skin.

>>>What do you get in the Clear Skin in 7 Plan? <<<

You get 7 short videos (rough 10-15 minutes each) that outline 7 different steps to clearing eczema. Each day you watch a new video and apply what you learned.

In 7 days, you’ll have a powerful plan to drastically reduce eczema by addressing the root of the problem.

If you’re a man or a woman who's struggled with skin dry, itchy, patchy, or inflamed skin, and you want to get this handled now without drugs or steroid creams, then this program IS for you.

If you’ve tried everything and nothing has worked in clearing your eczema, then this IS the program for you since it’s clears eczema at the root, not at the surface.

If your skin is already healthy, glowing, and you rarely have any eczema outbreaks, then this program is NOT for you.

If you are a quick fix junkie and think you can just take a pill and everything will be magically fixed, then this is NOT for you.

This plan works when you follow along and apply the simple techniques. It does take time for the results to show, and depending on how much you stick with the program, these results can be quite fast.

This program is different than other eczema treatments because it addresses eczema at all 3 levels: Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Psychology.

No other eczema treatment addresses all three levels together, that’s why most of them don’t work in the long run.

The price for this 7 day plan is less than the cost of many skin creams.

Typically these creams last a month or two and may even harm or permanently damage your skin.

With this program, you’ll have the same 7-step plan that I’ve used to heal my eczema, including 7 natural methods that you can start using right now without buying anymore creams or health products.

In fact, just to schedule an appointment with a doctor or dermatologist you’d be paying 2X or 3X this just for them to prescribe a harmful cream!
